looks really nice mate...worth the wait for the plants then!
the only suggestion I can think of is to mask the airline with a bit of growth, but thats a minor issue in a great tank

That loach is a "Polka Dot Loach" (Botia kubotai), sometimes also called a "Thai" loach.
