i woke up and found this on the noses of to of my clown loaches... i jst did a 20% water change on monday ...is it white spot...im going to get treatment tomorrow, but what the hell is it

Hmm... white spot is usually specks on the body, i have never heard of it being on the mouth. I reckon its more like some fungus. Don't know much about fungus though, sorry :/

I tend to agree with chooklet - it looks like natural markings. The Clowns I used to keep were just like that.
I'd just keep an eye on them and wouldn't get over concerned just yet.
White spot is quite easy to see - tiny white specks - mainly show firstly in the fins.
Are your other fish ok?
 
I agree with others, It looks like a natural mark. Some of my Clowns have it and i always thought it was from rumaging in the gravel with its nose.
Keep and eye on it and see if it gets bigger or if it changes in any way.
 
one of our 4 has a white nose too...

I thought it was a 'wound' at first but its fine and dosn't cause any problems eating.

I'll go with the marking.
