Hi everyone, just thought I'd post some pics of my clown loaches in my boyfriend's tank. My tank is no longer overstocked :D

They look very happy in there! the tank looks very nice indeed, I love the plants! the last shot of the whole tank is cool!

Yeah I think they're much happier with a lot more space to explore :D I've been told they're very active and very mischievous :shifty: Thanks I'll tell Reg you liked his tank

P.s I wish it was mine, it looks way better and is about twice the size!

How big is the tank in the last picture? It is really a terrific looking tank and I'm sure your clowns will be very happy there.

I think it's a 40 gallon (UK). It may not be the ideal size but still it's much bigger than mine and hopefully now they'll have a chance to grow

Can you ask him if he's purposefully floating the vallisneria, or if it just got uprooted?

It does look like a vallisneria doesn't it...but it isn't, it's a thai onion plant with insanely long leaves that coil up at the top, the latin name is Crinum thaianum, you can just about see the main plant in the background there

I always think that too but he insists it is only a 40 gallon. He'll appreciate all your comments, thanks everyone :D
