i started planning this project in... well june i think. After zillions of sketches, driving my bf insane with talking about it and doing loads of research on the net it's finally set up. :D
I have it running in the bathroom in my basement at the moment - just incase there were some troubles with the water flow there is a drain in the floor.
I used a magnum 350 and created 3 inlets and 3 outputs (one set for each tank), the tanks are each 15 gal. I will be keeping the male bettas in the two tanks with 3 sections and females in the tank with 2 sections.
I'd be happy to know what you guys think and if you see any problems with the system (its better to find them out sooner rather then later).
i'm currently in the process of making sure everyone is heathly enough to move into the condos - i'm a little nervous about them all sharing the same water.

It looks fantastic! You sure did a lot of planning for it and it looks like it has paid off! Are the water levels remaining constant for all of the tanks? Where will you put it when you have tested it and feel that it is working properly?

ALASKA

thanks :D
yeah the levels are staying constant now, i have siphons between each tank, just in case one starts to rise.
i'm going to be moving it to my house at away from home where i stay during the school year monday hopefully. i will plant it then and leave it with lights, co2 and a timer so it can cycle.

hehehe B) corrosive, im soooo giddy about how many possible homes i have now. :p gotta becareful thou, i'm gonna be at school and i cant spend toooo much time on bettas.

thankums, i actaully used double sided tape to stick the tracks on for the dividers. i opted for this as i'll prolly wanna change the set up sometime and removing aquariums sealent is a pain in the butt. :p
i was also very unsure as to how straight/unmessy i could be with the sealent. I hope the tape holds - the package said it was waterproof.

edit: eww yeah skool, blah - i dont even wanna think about that Dane :S

I am currently building a smaller version but same idea i glad to see im not the only one with the idea. Its cheaper as you only need to have on heater and one filter for 4 tanks. Im having mine set up for breeding bettas
