Im starting to get really annoyed by these pics! if you are posting them, just postthem in one single thread! 
my sister has one similar to that.. not sure how big it is, but the betta has room to swim around and turn around... but as i say .. dont know how big the one she has is.. i bought it for her, so i didnt think it was cruel

If I SQUINT and try to look at the picture, it looks like maybe mollies or platies. They look to round to be guppies. Looks like one of those cases where they took a picture of fish in a tank and shrunk it and pasted it into the picture -- they do that a lot on aquarium packaging pics to make them look bigger than what they are.
BTW, you know you don't have to post 2 or 3 times in a row -- just go back to your first post and hit "edit" and add whatever you forgot to type in the first time.
(*Cough* that is, unless someone's just trying to *cough* get their post-count up)

although i must admit...when i first started with bettas...i gave them as gifts in the smallest bowls ever...they were the size of Christmas tree ornaments...of course the people i gave them too would all tell me they died a week or a month later. (im surprised they surbived that long)

yeah!i will stop after this.but when i saw the tank it was 44 dollars and was really slim
