I tried to change the water, now I fast him for about 2,3 days but it is not improving. He is still active and will eat here in there but I'm very concerned.

Please have a look at the picture. Any ideas about what can be and if is treatable?

How long did it take to get fat?
How long has it been fat for?
How long has it had the red balls on its nose?

Does it eat normally or only pick at the food?
What does its poop look like?

Hi there,
Well, the fish issue got to my attention for about 1 month now. He looks troubled because of the belly but is summing, it's still active. I did not quarantine it, is not eating like before. It's poop I don't know.. can be congested.

I would say it has either a tumour or a cyst inside it and there's no cure for either. If the fish has trouble swimming or stops eating or doesn't eat much, then euthanise it.
