Hello bought this filter a week ago and been working really well today however it’s got bubbles in the bar and making noises because of it , tried to get rid of the air but don’t know how any help

That filter looks like it has a venturi. Is it sealed shut? Perhaps it is letting some air through. Another way would be to give it time. Or you could submerge the spray bar? even angle the outflow of the spray bar to the side so there's more water flow around the tank.

Looks to be an interpret filter which do have a venturi.

I have just also seen it has a minimal water level below the top of the pump. Submerging the spray bar probably wont be an option unless a DIY alternative is doable.
 
You have an air ingress going on your system. they are habitually pretty easy to find.

But... after fixing it.

Make your water level higher until the spray bar is completely submersed and point it slightly toward the surface. Air wont get trapped. And this way it's going to be completely silent and will create a lot more surface agitation.
