Poorly Cherry Barb

Hi all, new here.
I’ve a poorly Cherry Barb, looks like White Spot.
Any advice please?

The way the body is shaped to me indicates an older fish or perhaps fish TB? I'm not clued up on diseases and fish health sadly.. A clearer picture of the white spot would also be appreciated to help find out what it is

It has something major going on and doesn't appear to have white spot, which looks like grains of salt sprinkled over the body and fins.

How long have you had the fish?
How long has it been bent for?
How long has it been skinny for?
Is it eating normally?
Is it swimming normally or in a head down position?
