Well i'm finally happy with my 3ft tank, I'm very happy with it and note that my filtration will be here tomorrow....mmmm 204!!

its insainey crabs escaped from my tank and there was nothing for them to climb!

lol, unless the crabs i get are body builders they won't beable to open the lid, thinking about putting some catches on each corner to sort out the warping a bit and for extra safety incase they all work together to lift and escape!!

lol they will try till they die to find a way to escape. I think one got into my filter and got out when i changed it.

james what exactly did you like about the 1st pic?

yeh it looks big because to start the hood off I made a box frame and then built onto that so it does stick out a bit but means I can fit a full 2ft tube in.

got my 204 filter in there now and a co2 kit
