That looks like a prolapse. In effect, a hernia. The intestine has poked out a weak spot in the abdominal wall. If it goes back in on its own, the fish survives. If it doesn't, the fish is doomed. All I can suggest is fasting for a few days to allow the bowel to empty, and then waiting to see.
I hope that angelfish survives. It looks so healthy otherwise. But I'll be honest, its chances are not good, and there is nothing you can do.
