Pregnant or sick

Could someone please help me determine if my fish is pregnant or sick? She is very bloated in the stomach which made me think pregnant as I know how easily platys breed, but I have noticed a white patch on her side so now wondering is she actually sick? I have attached photos. Tia

That’s an extreme case of bloat. Prognosis isn’t good for this guppy.

I doubt it very much. You could try a bactericide or something (pure guess) but I’d say she’s too far gone.
