Female platy lump

Hi,
Had this female platy about 4 months. Water readings are good. Noticed lump this morning. Is it a prolapse or tumour? What can I do to help? Do I need to separate her from other fish? any advice greatly appreciated

Looks like a prolapse... It's not something that can be cured. Best thing to do is hoping that it won't get worse.
