What kind of snail is this?

I added a few new plants into my five gallon and not only did it come with a few ghost shrimp attached but I also started noticing a couple of these little snails crawling around the tank. They don’t bother me at all I’m just curious what type they are. Thanks in advance!

It's a physid snail, usually called pond snails, tadpole snails, bladder snails or more commonly, pest snails. They lay eggs in a clear jelly which are very hard to see. If they have a lot of food they'll take over the tank, so while you currently don't have many, make sure you don't over feed the fish or the uneaten food will just feed the snails.
