Honey gourami can’t swim…water in his body?

my honey gourami isn’t feeling well. He has a big bump in the back which looks like it’s filled with water. He isn’t swimming normally and is at the surface. It is pineconing In thay specific

Can't tell anything from the pictures.
Is there any chance you can post a video of the fish
You can upload videos to YouTube, then copy & paste the link here.
If you use a mobile phone to film the fish, hold the phone horizontally (landscape mode) so the footage fills the entire screen and doesn't have black bars on either end.

If you can post a picture from above the fish, we might be able to see the scales sticking out if it is pine coning.

How long have you had the fish for?
How long has the tank been set up for?
How long has it had the bump in the back?

How often do you do water changes and how much do you change?
Do you gravel clean the substrate when you do a water change?
Do you dechlorinate the new water before adding it to the tank?

What is the ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH of the water?
What sort of filter is on the tank?
How often and how do you clean the filter?
