Is she likely to pass on her big tail to her offspring?

My new guppy! She dropped some fry today but unfortunately perceived the moment of each birth as snack time. Luckily a few escaped. Her tail is larger then the male she is with, I’ve not seen a female with fins so big before.

Females with bigger tails occur more often then you think. From time to time one develops like this overhere as well. The female offspring could inherit the big tail as well. But that depends on with what kind of male she's mated. For depending on the male genetics, the female offspring can also have normal shaped tails.

As you guys can see, it's not something rare. And occasionally you do find females at stores with such large tails.
 
@emeraldking have you tried breeding that trait into any of your lines??? or is it very recessive???

Yes, I've got some of them overhere. But it's only recessive if you'll cross such a female to a male with genes that will overrun that specific gene.
