being a plant eater... I've been looking for something with more vegies than fish in the ingredients, and something in a small pellet ( fish are about 1" ( about the size of a US Quarter )... I'm raising Tilapia... which are also of a vegetarian nature... & I have some Purina 300 food left from that stage of Tilapia growth... I'm thinking it would be about perfect for Silver Dollars as well???

so far, I'm not actually finding an ingredient list... only

"100% nutritionally complete for starting fish and early growth phases for both carnivorous and omnivorous species. Purina AquaMax Fingerling Starter 300 is a sinking product in a 1/16" extruded pellet."

A varied diet no matter what.
I would go for Ken's veggie sticks, Spirulina sticks, as well as flakes (Kensfish.com). Since the dollars are so small, perhaps the small pellets may be good.
I also use nori, which they love (in hanging strips).

A rotating diet consisting of some top quality, some middle of the road quality foods, some nori, and some live/frozen should do them well.

been seeing a recommendation for blanched spinach & Kale as well... don't regularly keep Kale at the house, but spinach is a regular staple
