Fishaholic
It was April 13, 2023. I was out with my support worker to Aquotix. There was a fish that caught my eye. I peeked down to the tank full of gravel and a large log with snails in it. There was shelves of nano fish near the sink area. Killifish and wild bettas live in these separate tanks. The male was colourful, and he was in a group of drab females. He was a beautiful maroon colour, lightening on his head area. He had white bits on the tail, which made him recognisable to the betta community. The fish was known as Betta albimarginata, as it said on the sign on the bottom of the tank. I asked my support worker to take a photo of him, and she said yes. This is the last time I saw a wild betta before everything from my life turned disastrous due to stress and my hair pulling.
