Does anyone have any idea what this could be, I think it hitch hiked with the kuli loaches I bought.
Do I need to be concerned?

Is it likely there’s more in the tank or just the one?
I had one in my 20g and then there wound up being another, so I would look out for more just in case as it is always possible, but it could also just be one. I say keep a very close eye on the tank after removing the one

It's a damselfly nymph. It will eat very small fish, snails, etc. but shouldn't be much of a threat to anything larger than a feeder guppy. My advice is to set up a tiny tank for it, feed it on tiny pond snails and scuds, then release it into the wild once it grows up. Damselflies are beautiful and fun to watch, and they eat mosquitoes!
