Inherited tank.. Need help to ID occupants

I'm back after a long hiatus.. A friend bought a 38 litre tank and stocked immediately .. 🙄 Then ended up in hospital the day after.. Maybe for months so I took it over.
It contains mainly shrimp and a few guppies , no problems there but their are several fish I'm not familiar with and want to know if they appropriate tank mates for guppies n shrimp 🦐

Hope someone can help ID them, and let me know if they ok 👌 to remain long term.

1st 2 look like moly's 1st a platinum Lyre tail 2nd Gold.. 1st is probably a male, & 2nd looks like a female
3rd are algae eaters not sure of the variety, or sex on those
4th looks like a Celebes half beak, can't guess on sex of that one either

Pic#1 Magnum Man is correct.
Pic#2 is a golden albino molly (sex can't be told from this pic for the anal fin is covered by the plant).
Pic#3 is indeed some sort of algae eater. Not sure which one. And I wasn't able to get a good picture of those side fins.
Pic#4 is a wrestling halfbeak (Dermogenys pusilla).
 
I think pic three is some kind of darter characin rather than an algae eater not sure of the species though.

Here's a couple better pics... My main concern in they might grow to big.. It's only a 38/40 litre tank. Currently contains 3 molies, 3 guppies and two of each fish pictured here. So 10 in total .. Is that to many or about on the limit...?
There's also about 10 shrimp RCS 🦐 or was. I suspect a few been munched. Can only see 3 or 4 today. Fish were purchased in Chiang Mai Thailand.. Thanks in advance

I'm afraid the tank is poorly stocked with with fish that need a much bigger tank - not your fault but the previous owner's.
This is a 10 gallon/38 to 40 litre tank. The half beaks need a tank at least 60 cm/24 inches long. Mollies need an even bigger tank at 90 cm/36 inches long. Both of these species are hard water fish.

The one in the last photo looks almost like a panda garra, Garra flavatra, but if it is, it's very stressed. If that's what it is, it needs a 90 cm/36 inch long tank.


However guppies are OK in this size tank. They are also hard water fish.

Don't think it's a Panda Garra.. This about the best my old phone can do... Thanks for the reply... I'll start hunting for someone to adopt them before they grow much, failing that give them to a shop.

I don't think it is a Panda Garra either. I'm thinking a Otocinclus as it is more slender and has white and black striped pattern. Panda Garra are usually black and yellowish/brown striped and a bit more broader in size.
 
I thought maybe a zebra auto, or maybe just a Chinese algae eater???
