my water parameters are fine and I did a 30% water change earlier this week; My tank consists of 8 zebra danios, 2 honey gourami, 1 golden ram, 2 mexican cray, 5 pygmy cory and 6 threadfin in a 40 gallon breeder. She seemed fine up until i added the danios last week maybe the tank is overstocked? either way I just noticed the red stuff sticking out today and looking very bloated can anyone help identify what's wrong? i'm considering dropsy or some parasitic infection. she doesnt eat much and stays in the corner seen in the picture but will occasionally move around

Oh dear. It looks like the fish is infected with camallanus worms. Reportedly tough to treat, you need to deworm the fish with a Levamisole or Flubendazole based deworming medication. Treat the whole tank, and any other tanks you have at the same time. Be prepared to repeat the medication if they aren't eradicated completely.
