I took pictures of it yesterday it has a big lump on its nose I believe it's a Rasbora.. if someone can please tell me what it is and how to help it let's go

Almost looks more like a discolored Cherry Barb. Not 100% on that.
I don't think there's anything you can do for that. If it stops eating, then you should euthanize.
