Neon Tetra struggling

Hi all,

One of my neon tetra has been struggling to swim since yesterday, he also looks bent. I’ve had them for about 18 months and always been fine until now.

I’ve added a couple of pics.

Any ideas on if he can be helped and if so how best to do it?

There’s multiple things that can cause this. Swim bladder/constipation, neurological issues, or in worst case scenario early sign of death. Do you notice any fish bullying it? And what are your parameters?
