Platy pregnant HELP 1 of 3

Hi is my platy pregnant? I have 3 platys, 2 that look pretty identical, so I’ll post them separately. Here is one of three. This one I am more concerned about because it is barely showing in the pictures, but she has a small white knob coming out of her poop hole. She’s also always spending time near the filter and heater. If so, how many more weeks or days should I expect?

It's a kind of hard to tell if they're pregnant or not in these pictures. For a well fed platy does look the same.

Ok should I do different angles? Also, what is the white knob sticking out of the third platy hole
Do you have closer picture of this platy? For I don't see the white knob in these pictures...
