I'd say it is a black widow, black phantom tend to have a black "splodge" just behind the head where as the widow as pictured has a couple of stripes.

Just looked on some websites... i think she's a black widow... It doesn't really bother me though, according to these sites both the black widow and black phantom grow to a similar size and are peaceful!! It makes no difference!
She looks pretty, thats all i care about! lol
