Dojo loach illness

Hi, not sure if this is the right place to post this, but my dojo loach is in a cold water setup so I’m guessing maybe here.

My dojo was absolutely fine yesterday, but today I noticed some white lumps on him. They don’t appear fuzzy like a fungal infection and he is acting completely normal (very active and eating well)

Any ideas what could be wrong?
