It would be easier to tell if it was in water so the leaves show better, but it looks like the plant called elodea/anacharis/egeria (depending on where you live)
yes I agree it looks like a sort of weird stringy anacharis but still an anacharis
I’ll get a photo of it in water thanks for reply
