Hey everyone, I was away for the weekend and when I came home I noticed these white spots on my Bettas head. It doesn’t look like the Ich I’ve encountered in the past, but I could be wrong. Can someone tell me what it is / what could treat it? Thank you!

It's not white spot but I need better pictures to see what it is.

Check the water quality for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH.

Do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate every day for a week and see if it helps.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.

Did a water change, here are the pictures I got right before doing it. He’s fast so it’s hard to get good quality. He is in a 7.5 gallon with a mystery snail, he has a heater and filter, he is eating and swimming as usual. Nitrates and Nitrites are normal, >15 and >0, no ammonia, pH is constant.

Keep his water really clean as well, that will clear right up in no time. He's caught his head on something it looks like to me

Yes, it defanently looks like he injured himself. That's not Ich. Check his tank for sharp objects he may have hurt himself on and remove them. You can add some robust tea and IA for tannins. Also, stress coat will help and can be added to his aquarium. You can do daily salt baths as well.
