130 gallon planted tank

The tank is looking stable, the plant growth is good, crypts are growing in nicely

I added a wave maker that does about 3000l/h

and I found these bottles at my local garden shop, I think they’re pretty funny

Placed the wave maker on the right side of the tank, this way the top of the tank gets a lot of flow but the bottom less (better for the cichlids)

Ive got a similar size set up with cichlids etc and debating whether to add a wave maker/circulation pump or not.

How you finding the tank since you added the wave maker? Fish ok with the extra flow

At the moment I have
2 firemouth
2 amatitlania altoflava
X Endlers
10 limia perugiae
X black ruby barb
X yo-yo loaches
4bristlenose plecos
5 L66

what do you guys think would work well in my 120gallon tank? Preferably I would make a community with the Limia, Amatitlania, and some of the catfish. Any suggestions?

does X mean 10?

x could mean an unknown yet to be defined quantity. Basically they might not have any yet and might be thinking 8, 10, 20, etc

x means of unknown quantity as in Expert. Ex is of unknown quantity and a spurt is a drip under pressure, so an Expert is a drip under pressure of unknown quantity.

This tank is still going strong :)

so lucky you have limias
ur yucatan looks like my neon swordtail but orange moved 90 degrees

The tank is still going, I have it at room temperature now, moved some fish and made it more a community tank. I got some of my favorites: Danios.

Inhabitants right now are some loners that I either rescued or are leftover from a larger group, swordtails, catfish, a rainbow shark, and 3 types of Danios.
