Hi,
Could someone help me to determine whether my dalmation molly is pregnant or just big?

Hard to say, if she is then it's still early days. Or she could have eaten a lot or be carrying a load of worms. But if you have a male, or she's ever been around a male, then it's only a matter of time until she does become gravid and have fry. Any fry will likely be eaten though, with the other tank mates in the photo.

Is that a biorb tank? May I ask the tank volume and stocking?

Hi and welcome to the forum :)

Is it a balloon molly?
It looks to short in length for a normal molly. Balloon mollies are shorter in the body and have fatter bodies because their organs are squished up into a smaller area. This can make it harder to tell if the females are full of developing babies, or it's just their guts.

Monitor the fish and see what happens over the next month.

This is not a balloon molly but a normal dalmation sailfin molly. Because of her well shaped belly/chest, the body looks a tiny bit short.
It's already mentioned that it's hard to tell wether she's pregnant or not despite of her full belly. For an also well fed healthy female looks like this. But that goes also for a female with internal worms.
And not all female mollies will show a gravid spot (wether she's pregnant or not).
