This just popped up 2 days ago. He's hiding and not himself. He seems to be breathing ok but I really never saw this before

Is the actual gill swollen? Or is the base of his fin swollen?

Looks like the base of his fin. I gave him a salt bath yesterday. Kinda looks like the swelling is going down and at least he's staying off the bottom now!
