previously, this cory had problems with its eyes (it looked like it was "tearing white"). it healed, but suddenly got discoloured with a growing lump on the middle of its head.

the fish has gotten worse, it has been like this since the 20th (10d) it is not very visible from facing left angle
the eyes now look like they are stuck facing up or the face is swollen i cant tell
if these images are not clear enough, i can take it in a smaller container with better lighting
thank you and i like your icon by the way, it looks cute

I can't tell much about the lump on the head but the red in the face and head is an infection. If the skin is sticking up above the body this would suggest a bacteria infection.

A broad spectrum fish medication that treats bacteria and fungus might help. Try and avoid using anti-biotics unless you have to, and use them in a bare glass tank.

is pima + mela ok? id done that for a week and it helped whatever happened to the eyes, but it just got sick again after. do i need to wait any amnt of time or is dosage now ok?
if it is inflammed from infection, i think it mustve scratched the skin on its head off into a flap and healed weird, my guess

You can try Pimafix and Melafix but it probably won't help with this.

Big daily water changes and gravel cleaning combined with the Pimafix & Melafix might help a bit, but the fish might need something stronger like a chemical based medication.

If you use Pimafix or Melafix either alone or together, make sure there is plenty of aeration/ surface turbulence to prevent an oily film from building up on the surface.

how about nitrofurazone? if that may not work either, ill look for other meds online or stored

You can try nitrofurazone but use it in a separate tank if possible.
Don't have gravel or a filter in the tank, but do have aeration and a heater (if you need a heater).

Don't use any other medication while using the Nitrofurazone because you will poison the fish.

Wipe the inside of the container/ tank out and do a huge water change and gravel clean (if it's in the main tank) before treating. Clean the filter too before treatment.

If you are treating in a separate tank, wipe the container out and change all the water before re-treating the container.
