She is a swordtail (wagtail variety) and appears to be early to mid stage gravid (pregnant). If she is gravid, she will probably drop the babies ina couple of weeks, however the rainbowfish will most likely eat them.
Make sure the rainbowfish get plenty of plant matter in their diet to keep them healthy.
