Sex reversal observed in wingei reticulata hybrid

This fish used to be female with usual gravid spot.(Laguna de patos strain of wingei and reticulata hybrid)
After isolating this fish with only female she lost gravid spot.
Then I took her into a tank with males hoping that she will have the gravid spot again.
But she continues to become like male.
Her anal fin came to be pointy and thesedays she came to have an orange spot on her flank.
And today I saw "her" trying to mate with other female.
Does anyone have some experience like this sex reversal?

Do you have a picture of her with the socalled "gravid spot"? In this picture, the anal fin looks still female. Give it some time to see if it becomes more pointy or that the first finrays start to thicken. Sex change can also occur in other kinds of ovoviviparous livebearers besides just the Xiphophorus members where platies and swordtails belong to. But if that happens in other ovoviviparous livebearers, it's less common. But it could also be a late male.
And there's another option. What does happen from time to time in both endlers and guppies, is that a specimen grows up large and start to show some male characteristics but the gonopodium won't be fully developed. Such males remain pale of color in comparison to its male siblings. But because the gonopodium won't become a fully developed gonopodium, it won't become a functional male.
Overhere is a similar situation between two male siblings. One is normal sized (small) and the other one large and pale. This does happen from time to time.

Above: This shows a large male that hasn't developed a functional gonopodium in comparison to his normal sized male sibling. And there's hardly some color on him. He's missing out fully developed hooks in his gonopodium.
Below: This is also a specimen that hasn't developed a fully developed gonopodium.

Below: A japan blue grass delta male with a undeveloped gonopodium. And he turned out less intense blue in comparison to his male siblings.

The fish below looks similar to my fish.
She's less colored and far larger than usual male siblings too.
But yes her gonopodium is not complete.
I wonder if there's any way to avoid this kind of thing happening while preparing vigin females.

The japanblue case is interesting.Sometimes less intense color appears in moscow black strain too.I wonder what is happening.
