Juvenile males look similar to females. So, maybe you do have some males amongst them.

Very young. Almost an inch long
Then it will take some time before you'll be able to tell what sex they are.

This second one is REALLY camera shy and I haven't been able to get a good pic, but after sitting in front of the tank for a bit he/she came out
