Cheers palI'm glad you posted pictures of the fish in question because I was wondering what a dwarf grammy was.
Male dwarf gouramis have colour, females are silver. The only exception to this if the cobalt blue dwarf gourami where males and females are both blue, but males have slightly longer more pointed dorsal (top) and anal (bottom) fins. Male cobalt blues also have slightly more intense colour, whereas the females are not as bright, but unless you see a group in a tank you can't tell the difference.
