I've recently got a blood parrot for my oscar tank. They both get along very well but my oscar is pushing him away into a skull (ornament). My oscar is about 6- and the blood parrot is about 3- but i only got him 2 days ago. He does come out but i think the oscar is just warning him that he is the boss.

There are a lot of questions, more than answers. Your Oscar could kill his/her new tankmate, or they could work it out. Working it out will depend on the oscar's level of aggression, and how deformed the blood parrot is (the deformities are intentionally bred into the fish for 'cuteness' and to make an aggressive fish incapable of acting out).
A lot will depend on tank size, and how many caves and hiding places you can provide.

They get along quite fine but some times when the blood parrot comes out the oscar nudges him away.
