Female Tetra with eggs or pending problem?

One of my Tetras is enlarged, but acting normally. Wondering if it is a female with eggs, or perhaps a pending problem. Water params are normal, though I did reduce temp by about 2 deg F to 76 over the past few days based on Seriouslyfish recommendation for Buenos Aries Tetras (tankmates along with Corys). Have also been feeding all fish Brine shrimp recently along with the usual fare.

Pics attached (shortly) - Moonlight is hard to focus by and hard to get a still shot but it captures the bulge in the fish in question.
