anyone know what these are? I have neon tetras, corydoras, pearl gourami and amano shrimp. Haven't seen any snails recently. Killed the two I have seen. Should i remove them?

I agree with @itiwhetu. Looks to be food that has grown some kind of bacteria over.

Or it transitioned to it's next life cycle stage and is somewhere in your house.
Don't worry, you can always Nuke it from orbit ...

Can't see it in the rest of the tank so it must have climbed out
