Hello I have a 100litre rank with 7columbian tetras,3mollies,1golden ram and a bridtlenose pleco.Is there any other fish I could add for a bit more colour.

I would say you are maximum stocked now, if not even more. I realize the fish are likely small (store sell them as soon as the fish can be sold) but they will grow. Without knowing the tank dimensions (length especially) it is hard to say, but this my not be sufficient for the Colombian Tetras which are very active swimmers and need space. The three mollies will fill this tank as far as water quality issues are involved when they are grown (3-4 inches, some more).

That is very nice, well done. My previous advice on fish numbers still applies.; If that is sand substrate, a group of cory catfish could work. Not upper fish, and not (perhaps) "colourful," but they would be OK over sand.
I didn't mention water parameters earlier as I decided to stay with the specific question. But do you have the GH and pH of your source water? Mollies must have moderately hard or harder water to be healthy, while the other fish are technically soft water species but will have no problem unless the GH is very high.

Thanks for the advice.i don't think I will get corry catfish as in the UK at the minute they are very expensive about £9-£10 each

That is my parameters.i have had the tank set up for about 6Months now all fish seem to be doing fine.
Do you think I should keep the tank and fish the way it is until about 1year then look about rehoming the fish if they are to big.

you could just rehome the mollies to a really big tank since the mollies are really big growers (and poopers)
and add more of what you have currently, or a school of pygmy cories
