White c shape debris on aquarium substrate

Hello I am a new fish keeper. I recently noticed white c shaped strings on my gravel and rocks is this worms or poop?

What else is in the tank?

Only platy and guppies no live plants or anything else

yeah sometimes platy poop is LONG N UGLY
my swordtail had a huge poop once
