This is the second fish tank Iā€™ve ever got by myself. Itā€™s a 10 gallon bubble wall Top Fin aquarium. It no longer has a bubble wall cause I took it out.. The plants that the aquarium has are currently just some Java fern, if I can, I want to get some floater plants in the near future so I can have some more live plants. The other plants I have are fake plants I got from my LFS store. My LED is a Top Fin color changing led. My heater is also a top fin submersible heater, and my filter came with the 10 gallon tank itā€™s a top fin filter, the filter media is a top fin cartridge with polyfil and a sponge. Current fish in my tank are a baby female betta, otocinclus, male guppy and a nerite snail. My current perimeters are,
Nitrate 10
Nitrite 0.2
GH 300
Chlorine 0
KH 120
pH 7.2-7.8
Ammonia 0

I donā€™t plan to do any ,major, changes to my tank, I do plan so buy some more stuff for it like plants and water conditioner, things like that. Just gonna try giving my fish tank improvements, im currently in a fish-in-cycle, luckily it getting close to being fully cycled cause nitrites are starting to go down and stay down.. so yea, those are my plans. Here is the photo of the fish tank and the fish

That poor Otocinclus should not be in there. :(
Ottos need to be in a group of at least 6 to be happy and in a tank that is well-established, with lots of mulm and biofilm and not plastic. They need live plants and wood.

Besides any live plants, the water conditioner has to be a priority, or you'll kill any of the very-necessary beneficial bacteria that I doubt you yet have. Please read this on cycling a tank.

I donā€™t know what to do with the otocinclus though. I canā€™t return it anymore. So Iā€™m stuck with it. I use Api quick start and stress coat as Benifical Bacteria. I plan to also get some Nite-out-ll as better benifical bacteria. My tank is currently establishing right now but I think itā€™s starting to finish cause my nitrites arent going back up anymore.

Instead of returning it to the same store you could take it to a different fish store. Some stores will take the fish and resell it (although you won't get your money back).

The Otto could go to another fish store and you should avoid all contact with the one that saw fit to sell you one Otto.
'Stress coat' does nothing for beneficial bacteria. It just adds aloe vera, which has some questionable benefit for fish, to their coats.
Again...please read the link I gave you on cycling.

I read the articles on tank cycling tanks and there is actually some information I can use from that. Like how to tell if your fish have ammonia poisoning or nitrites poisoning. And how to do a fishless cycle you have to add straight ammonia. But Iā€™m a little confused on how to calculate the volume of your tank

Measure the dimensions. Multiply.
