Welcome to the forum.
How long has the tank been set up? How long have you had the fish?

Is the tank cycled?

Thats unfortunate really.

Think will need a better picture than the one you provided as its hard to see exactly whats on it.

Also will need more details of your tank set up.

How long has it been running?

What stocking do you have in this tank, also any plants as well?

Have you done anything like this to cycle your tank before you added your fish?

Edit - slapphappy has got there first whilst was typing this

The tank is set up from 2013 and I got the sharks almost a year a go
8 year old tank...what size is it?

What are your readings for ammonia, nitrIte, and nitrAte, using a liquid test kit?

The sharks were a gift from a friend and I have no background about fish tanks or fish disease and my tank is 30 gallon I’ve read it’s not enough for them but I thought maybe when they get bigger I’ll get a bigger one

If you got your fish tank in 2013, how do you not know anything about tanks or diseases?
I go to pet shops or vets tell them what they have and they give me the cure but at that moment I tried to search on google to know what’s wrong with my sharks nothing was useful that’s why I’m here asking to know

Am sorry to be the bearer of this news about this but iridescent shark (Pangasionodon hypophthalmus) are pretty big fish when they are fully grown.

Each fish can easily grow up to 3 feet long in captivity......

Not what you want to hear I guess but thats what you have in your tank at the moment, 30 gallon tank is going to be too small for these sharks soon.

I use tape water but then I put some transparent pills for it and I change water every month
Pills?

Get a good water conditioner, such as Seachem Prime, or API Tap Water conditioner

And as stated above, this tank is much too small for this fish
