Diseases in Betta

Hello,
Can anyone identify the disease/disorder in these betta fishes? They have swollen stomachs (please see attached photos) which is strange. But their behavior seems very normal. They are eating well and actively swimming. No fin rot or any other issues. The swollen stomach seems weird. This condition is mostly found in females but rarely in some males too. No mortalities (or deaths) were found.
What is the reason for this? What can I do?

Females could be full of eggs or just fat from too much food. Males can be fat too.

What does their poop look like?

They might be full of intestinal worms. If they eat well but do stringy white poop then worms is the most likely cause.

Their feces look very normal (not white poop) and once feed is given they eat without any delay.
 
They are kept in cement tanks with lot of algae. Perhaps they ate too much algae and accumulated in their bellies? Because I do not think it is any dropsy condition because their scales look very normal and they are actively swimming.
 
If they are outside they might be eating insects and insect larvae that land on the tank, or there might be small crustaceans in the water.

Algae won't be a problem and simply provides roughage. If they have eaten lots of algae they usually do a green poop.

If they are eating well and doing normal poop, don't worry too much about it.

Actually, there are some water insects that are present in the tanks. So there is a possibility of fish eating larval stages of insects.
