So this happened overnight.
swordtail acting very very lethargic
has a white spot and brown all over near the head
noticed behavior like this in the morning, now I finally know when she’s like this
Details = a Cory died today probably because he got stressed and scratched himself....
i added manzanita wood but didnt disenfect it
I’ll do a test and post results.

i dont know what this thread is about, what is wrong with the fish? what is the question?

To be honest, the pictures to me don't show much. I can't even begin to identify what could be wrong.

What were your test results? If a Cory died, is it possible that there was an ammonia spike which stressed the swordtail? Is she still eating and/or swimming around?

Additionally, she looks pretty large (i.e. old); it is possible that she is towards the end of her lifespan.

I would recommend:

1. Doing 50% water changes for the next couple of days to see if there is any improvement.
2. Post your testing results
3. If possible, provide a more clear picture.

Unfortunately with the pixelation, I can't make out what that is. It sort of looks like a fungus to me, but I am not sure.

I would again recommend the 50% water changes and see if that helps.
