Glow tetra swim bladder or eggs?

Looking for some help. My glow tetra started swimming off a few weeks ago, swimming in circles and on side at top of tank. In the last few days I have noticed it’s belly swollen and now seems to have gotten worse! It has been eating fine and moving but still on its side and thus sack is nothing I have ever seen. I’ve changed water twice and also stopped feedin for 2 days twice. Not sure what it is or what to do. I have included a couple of pics.

The growth on the fish's abdomen is not normal and I don't believe it is associated with the swim bladder or carrying eggs. I don't have a lot of experience with diseases or parasites so I will not venture to say what the exact issue is.

Some sort of internal problem, not curable, euthanise fish
