I’ve never owned any loaches before but then I did some research on some and decided to get some yo-yo loaches for my 120L tank. I currently only have two and they both seem happy, they swim around all day and neither of them are aggressive or anything they just seem happy. One of them is bigger than the other and I’ve had them for about a week now. However, I’ve never seen either of them eat anything apart from the going around the tank nibbling on the rocks and plants and was wondering if this is normal to not see them eating? Also the smaller one seems to be a bit smaller than it was when I got it like it looks thinner so I’m a little concerned.
ive attached pictures of them and the one with the red circle is the one I’m concerned about cause it looks too thin to me. And the one with the green circle is the bigger one for comparison.

They seem healthy enough... Pretty sure they're bottom feeders like most other loaches, so it's normal for them to do that nibbly thing against rocks and wood. They do look kind of thin, though... Mine were always pretty fat, but it may vary from person to person.

pretty sure it matters what you feed them and what the tank is like

They are really skinny and need feeding up. They are nocturnal and normally come out at sunset and look for food then. However, if you have lots of plants in the tank, they will come out during the day too.

Feed them a variety of food ranging from dry pellet foods to frozen (but defrosted) foods like prawn, brineshrimp, bloodworms.
