Peace I have an aquarium of catfish . theres a chocolate cat and a spotted talking cat and moderate weather loach. Yesterday morning the spotted talking cat stomach swelled drastically and his stomach turned red and my breathing was heavy and he had not eaten since yesterday. Would appreciate help! Details about the aquarium: My fish live in a 150 liter / 40 gallons aquarium, water changes once every two to three weeks. Eat dry food, the fish I have around 6 years old and have never fought or hurt each other. Last water change was done a week ago.

Thank you for your respond. I do not kbow if this is the reason to this but the fish came out of it's cave and ge has a cut with a white tissue coming out of it.
