My ADF is exhibiting quite the protrusion. Water perimeters are great, 20 g tank, 2 ADFs and about 12 female guppies. Any clue what this could be? It doesn’t look good ?

naughty bits being censored by a tv station
the frog is shedding some skin, the red lump has fungus. no idea what the lump is though. There's nothing on that part of a frog except its lower back and butt.
