I put the eggs in at 5 PM last night and I got this. Sorry it isn't all that clear but the stuff in the middle r the shrimp. I didn't buy the equipment that would be needed for it I put together my own hatchery.

After about 24 hours you should see the water in the container turning bright orange. That means that the shrimps have hatched. I build my own hatchery out of two water battles and I used an air pump to keep the water moving. I got the idea from youtube. I will share some pics later. What fish are you trying to breed?

I'm trying to get my cory. But the shrimp is also good for fry which I have
 
Hello,
If I may say so, I advice you to rinse brine shrimp in clear water as they live in very salted water.
 
The water is clear the container not so much but it is clean for the shrimp

My brother in law wants to breed his cichlid. Could he feed them the shrimp to breed them?

To increase the hatch rate when I do brine shrimp I put a light on them 24 hours and put a heater in the water. I use a 2 liter soda bottle with a airstone in the cap and that makes sure all the eggs are moving around.
 
Make sure you aerate the brineshrimp eggs in the salt water. When you want to harvest the baby brineshrimp (called Nauplii), remove the airstone and wait a couple of minutes. The nauplii will gather near a light source and you can use an eye dropper to suck them out and squirt them into a tank with baby fish. Then put the airstone back in the hatchery until you harvest the nauplii again.

Hatch eggs every one or two days so you have a steady supply of nauplii for the baby fish.
