Not from the photos... female plecos are bigger and have more rounded bodies. Males are smaller and slimmer.

What would be the best cave for plecos?
Mine used to love a large slate I’d stacked up often used to sleep upside down attached to the bottom side of the slate , I’d just use something flat they can suck on or possible make a cave out of wood they need wood anyways to rasp on so why not make it there cave

Store bough caves do fine. Some people prefer PVC, but I don’t think it looks that good in the tank.

Mine both hide under pieces of driftwood. They blend right in. 
Nothing, lol.
